Delivery
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London, UK. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their studio. 

Shipping is on me! Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your completing your order and it typically takes 7-14 business days* depending on your location.

Please not that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. 

*Due to the ongoing pandemic, some countries are experiencing delays with domestic postal services. In particular, the USA, Canada and Australia. 

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process

Wild Peek prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end of the production cycle, thanks to our print studio partner The Print Space UK. You can read more on their sustainability measures here. 

Payment Options
Wild Peek uses Shopify Credit Card Payment options and Paypal. Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.

Exchanges & Returns
Our prints wil uphold the test of time and I am confident that you will love your print(s). Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different of equal value, you have 15 days to contact Wild Peek from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange (a shipping charge will be charged however). Please contact me at Daniel@wildpeek.com within that time period so I can sort it out for you. 

In the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace if for you completely free of charge. Please send in video or photo evidence of the damaged print as well as proof of it destroyed and recycled so I can process your replacement. Please also send through an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity for us to process the replacement. You will be charged no additional shipping costs as we want you 100% satisfied!
